You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. “This was an ideal base for exploring Rocky Mountain national park. We woke up every morning to beautiful views and came back to our perfectly furnished studio with everything we needed. “Host Griffin and Carley went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Griffin completely overhauled the gas grill so we could use it for a Mother’s Day dinner with family. “Everything was great, except for construction on the street in front of the home that partially blocked access to the driveway for guests, and it was noisy during the day. The space is quaint, cozy, attractive and fully furnished, except that a couch advertised as a fold-out was a collection of small square sections that did not convert to a bed.
