“I was in town for an event at CSU. This place is roughly 2 miles from campus and 2 miles from Old Town, conveniently located. It was easy to get in/out and so close to everything. The space itself was fantastic. A separate bedroom, kitchen/eating area and a separate living room with an enormous amount of DVD's, books and board games. The room fans in the bedroom and living room were an added bonus! I will stay here again! Sarah was easy to get in touch with and made the check in/check out……

Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store.
