“I was there for ESP and it's a short and easy drive to the showgrounds. The house was sparkling clean and it's close to everything you may need for your stay. David was a fantastic host - I managed to get a door stuck and he came out right away to fix it. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend.”

The kids especially loved the pool — it was the highlight of the weekend and gave us some great moments together in between the busy schedule.The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. “Great spot near the amphitheater, nice quiet neighborhood. Only complaints are that the neighbor kept parking in our spot and there was literally only one towel per person. Overall would still stay again, would just bring extra towels lol ! ”

“The house was clean. Location was very convenient for us since it was 10 min from our event. It’s a quiet area. The host is a very sweet lady. On the other hand, the door has an issue, it’s hard to lock/unlock. This was reported from a guest in the past. No TV in the bedrooms, just one in the living room, this was not clear in the description. The dishwasher needs attention because when you open it the trays pop out and the door falls off. We had two incidents with this falling on our feet. We……
