“our suite was accessed through the backyard door w/ a keypad. the owner made no effort to talk to us. the “included breakfast” wasn’t supplied. we inquired about it, but never got a response. the travertine bathroom and vaulted bedroom ceiling were beautiful. it was a cool place even if we left hungry :(”

“We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Wellington! Everything felt brand new and was incredibly clean. “Advertisement was well written however in my opinion it's not as accurate as it states.We booked this place for a special occasion and were excited to experience all of the amenities. The place did not have a way to lock the slider you use to enter the "resort" which is just a room they designated in a large home. The place is infested with mosquitoes, there is a large dog in the other room that barks for awhile until it gets used to your presence, there is not thermostat to adjust the a/c and……

“Two other tenants, whom I did not meet have dogs that kept barking both during the day and especially at night. This prevents me from a restful evening and sleeping at night. They also stink up the joint. Perhaps the dogs should be kept OUTSIDE.”

“10 out of 10. Great renovated home with three Kings. Brampton Park Property Management takes it to the next level with communication and customer service. Close walking distance to bars, restaurants and the revamped Pompano Beach. The home is located on the inter-coastal waterway and you will be entertained all day long by the many tens of millions of dollars worth of boats navigating up and down the ICW while lounging in the pool or the deck. We would definitely rent again.”
