“The Hotel was perfectly located! The staff were so welcoming and courteous. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Fort Collins. The Armstrong is our new favorite hotel!”

“The room was very nice and cozy, however communication was lacking. I asked if it would be possible to check in at 3 instead of 4. We had dinner plans, and wanted to drop our stuff off ahead of time. I was told they would put in the request, and then nothing. I sent a message asking again, but was ignored. We ended up not being able to check in until 4 which was ignoring. I personally feel that 4 is a little bit late to check in. Would checking in an hour early really hurt? We sat outside……
