“This place had the best few of the ocean. The ocean came surprisingly close to room at high tide, and I could not have loved that more. We absolutely had everything we needed. ”

We didn’t realize at booking process we had to request towels and linens, but after communication with host they were delivered within 45 minutes. Wells Beach is incredible and we truly enjoyed our stay here, including daily walks on the beach. ”

“Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”
