“Clean, great location, easy process, friendly people”

“This was a great property in an amazing location! PLENTY of space for a group. Lots of beds and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. You can walk right into town, and it’s just a short drive to all of the main Franconia attractions—truly excellent.My only feedback is that the title is a little misleading. I didn’t realize until after booking that the pool, hot tub, etc. are located off-site and require a drive rather than being right on the property.That said, we honestly didn’t have much time……

“Stayed overnight to see Ice Castles. Condo was comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay. The fact that it was snowing made it even better. After our venture we returned to our lodging and had hot cocoa and played games. Scott was gracefully accommodating when we had to reschedule from our original booking due to a snowstorm. “Every year my middle aged friends and I from Massachusetts go away for a golf weekend. We love Owls Nest Golf Course and The Woodstock Inn. This condo is in the perfect location. A 2.5 hour drive from south of Boston. It easily accommodated all 8 of us. Beds are comfortable. Showers have great water pressure (things old guys like to have). Walking distance to Woodstock Inn. I would recommend this place to all my friends. ”

“We had been to Lincoln NH for many years but first time in the summer. We were lucky to stay at Deer Park. It is such a beautiful place. The property is very quiet and secluded. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. AC is good enough for NH weather. I would definitely recommend the place.”
