“Beautiful, quiet setting. I would hardly call this cabin "rustic" as it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would love to stay there again.”

“This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️”

“The pictures of the property that we were staying in did NOT reflect the current conditions of the home. The house was attached to a motel no big deal but the access from the office of the motel came directly in the area where we were staying and we were unable to lock from our side. The house itself was in need of serious repairs! Peeling paint and wallpaper. Heat that didn’t work very well, no hot water. Half of us didn’t even shower while we were there (4 days). “The long winding driveway through the forest opens to a park-like landscaped vista. Every flower garden, and they are everywhere you look, was in full bloom. Song Sparrow Cottage has a fairytale, idyllic setting. The cottage itself is nothing short of spectacular in its construction and attention to detail. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. One could never tell that this is an "off grid" property. James and Michele were a pleasure to work with. ”

“We loved this little cabin. Nice and clean with plenty of space and nicely equipped for 5 people to spend some time together and enjoy mountain area exploration . Would be great spot for people who love to ski as the ski areas are very close. We checked out local points of interest and downtown Littleton. Went over to North Conway for a day to hike and shop. Sat out on the lovely screen porch and watched the stars. Looking forward to coming again for a longer stay to do more in the area.”
