“We stayed here over Thanksgiving break with our two college children. It was a few hours from Boston and a great location in the country overlooking a picturesque valley. The location was great for day trips exploring Vermont. The high quality furniture, rugs, and mattresses made it feel like you were visiting wealthy relatives in the country. “Wonderful stay at Carolyn’s Cottage. House was spotless on arrival and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, nice towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. The deck off the family room has nice furniture for outdoor dining and a great grill. The star of the show was the beautiful yard and lakefront. Great views and sunrises. The Adirondack chairs and fire pit were lovely for morning coffee and evening wine. Also super convenient to town if you find you need to shop……
