“The location of this property is fantastic. We explored the nature refuge, historic Smithville, and Atlantic City. The drives to each were easy and within 25 minutes. Before checking out we walked the well maintained trails along the lake. The only issue was the bugs. (Expected during the summer - check for ticks.)The rental was clean and comfortable. Check in and communication with the host was quick and easy. ”

“house was in good condition when we stayed, had a hard time reaching the owners when i asked for early check in but other than that it was a good stay.”

“Perfect house for a mall family. Very clean and everything was as advertised!”

“Check in process was easy without hassle. Host responded promptly with any messages or correspondence. There were a few minor cleanliness issues but ultimately nothing that really affected the stay. Proximity to beach, outlets and activities was very good. Would book again.”

“We had a fabulous time on the Stutotz! We were a group of four and stayed for two nights. The boat itself was wonderful—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely set up, and we all slept great thanks to the cozy beds. Captain Mac was the real standout—accommodating, helpful, and always communicative. He made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this to anyone……
