“Was not what we expected as it was not clearly disclaimed that it was a shared space. The back door to our cabin didn’t open properly so we couldn’t get our bags through. The windows of the cabin didn’t lock properly, we to supply our own toilet paper which wasn’t explained earlier, and overall the house was in a dangerous place (road works in the driveway and a police arm defenders squad just down the road as we arrived). We didn’t end up staying here once we saw the state of the place. Hello……

“Lovely little place. Easy to access, modern and tidy. Perfect for what we needed. ”

“Accommodation and amenities as described. However, I was expecting a machine dryer, but it was actually drying rack for clothes, so something to think about when planning your washing. Just noting, elderly parents found armchairs too low for comfortable seating, also a tripping hazard of step between dining area to rest of living area, it tripped us up a few times, till we got used to it. Sarah was quick to respond to any issues and was very helpful. We relaxed and chilled out here for a couple……

“The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this……
