“Exactly what a boutique B&B should be. Exceptional service - great location- we had the balcony room with a view of the beach- would highly recommend the upgrade. Short walk to town & harbour area. Accurately listed on expedia. Thoughtfully decorated - loved the elclectic book selection in the room . Breakfast just fabulous. Jonathan was a great host - very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. Made for a great anniversary weekend.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Durham House Hotel. Communication was great from the moment it was booked to the arrival day. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, car park, places to eat and drink. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large soft towels provided. “Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home.”
