“The location is excellent in terms of getting to and from Temple Square and the State Capitol. We walked everywhere! The condo itself is lovely. The kitchen is cute, functional, and well equipped. The living is spacious and would do well with an armchair. The three of us had to all sit on the couch to relax in the evening. The bedroom is a bit small, but manageable, and the back door of the condo opens into the bedroom, which is unusual. The bathroom has an odd layout, but is clean and worked……

“We had a busy 3 days, in SLC for a conference with much to do. Comfortable place to return to, workable kitchen and close to downtown, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods for groceries. Drew is an attentive host, great with communication. Very nice location. ”

“If you are attending the Salt Lake City conference center, this is a great location. Clean place and relaxing. Open bedroom concept so be aware if staying with work associates. But highly recommended ”

“We had a great stay at the condo in Utah! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the Delta Center, which was super convenient. The three-bedroom setup was ideal for our group and gave everyone enough space to relax. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Place was true to description, fully stocked, free parking spot felt brand new great rental. Only bad thing to point out when tw showers were being used hot water would be interrupted.”

“An excellent experience. New and nicely furnished, comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. Very large walk through "closet" with washer/dryer ant lots of space for hanging clothes/ storage vey convenient. Walking distance to grocery stores, Trolley Square and a variety of restaurants. Large window and small balcony with a big view to the mountains and morning light. Easy parking and entrances are ground floor but Floor 2 on the elevator. ”

“Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasn’t a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced.……

“So. much. yikes. I'm so disappointed. For starters, he has noise sensors within the home and motion sensors. I would not be surprised if he had cameras in the home, too. He has two cameras just for the location we were at, which initially made me feel safe. However, I get the feeling he It also made me wonder who would be renting nearby for you to have to enforce rules like this. It gave me a bad feeling before I arrived, and maybe that is something for you to consider. We just needed a place……

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
