No cookie sheet, only 3 wine glasses, 6 mugs. I inquired about an early check in and was told to speak with the Hyatt desk. When I called, they said the inquiry must be made in person. When I arrived at 3:30p, I was told that they are "not allowed" to let VRBO check in before 4p. I literally sat there for a half an hour until I could check in……

“This was one of the best VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed was at the house & Leslie made sure we were comfortable with all we needed. “If you’re visiting SLC it’s tough to beat this property. The location is perfect. Feels like you’re 15 -20 minutes from everything. Airport, all the ski resorts, anything that we needed to do, this location is perfectly situated. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, and all the beds are comfortable. The decor is awesome. Plenty of space for lots of people. Grill on the porch came in clutch and was awesome to be able to relax in the hot tub. Owner is incredibly responsive and took care……
