“The house was perfect for my daughter and I, and would have been great too had we brought the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in the SLC. The hosts were great amd easy to work with. Definitely recommend!”

“The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. The basement had plenty of gaming tables for the kids to use. The only thing that could have used extra instruction was how to use the screen in the theater room. Overall, great place to stay. ”

“We went to tour the University of Utah and also wanted to get to know SLC and the home was well situated for both. The first day, we walked in to the city center and had lunch and did some shopping. The rest of the time we drove but it was pretty well located for our needs. The home itself is well decorated and just really nice to spend time in.If you stay in this house and need your morning coffee, be sure to stop on your way to pick up coffee and cream. “Loved the outdoor sitting area, BBQ, basketball court, corn-hole and grassy area. Kitchen was fully stocked. Short drive to the Hogle Zoo and Aquarium. House was clean and comfortable. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly is a “perfectly located bungalow”. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Groceries are within 5 minutes. Great city attractions are close by. We enjoyed the Hogle Zoo and Tracey Aviary this trip. There is a great dog park close by and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. This location will definitely be my first choice the next time we stay in SLC. ”

“I needed a quiet nice place with room for me and my family to take my elderly mom to an eye surgery. This place was perfect in location right off of the main salt lake City Street State Street and the host team was amazing with recommendations suggestions and helping everything go very smoothly for my lodging.”

“Great location. Easy check in and check out. Accommodating. Good parking on site. Mostly great stay except for a few annoying issues. The water pressure was so high it was painful to shower. The bathroom floor upstairs was warped so when you tried to shut the bedroom door leading in it scraped and made the loudest sound which awakened people at night. The air conditioning didn’t work But mostly it was a pleasant stay. ”

“Property was fantastic! Just what we needed as we toured Salt Lake area before heading to Southern Utah. Tate was fabulous to work with and making checkin and checkout easy. The best part we’re the beds, so comfortable ! Kitchen well appointed and the entire place was immaculate. We highly recommend this home to a family looking for a great vacation landing spot!!! ”

“This was such a great place to stay over spring break. It was a great central location for visiting downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas. It was also very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with basics. He stayed here with our teenage and young adult children. We didn’t feel crowded at all, which was nice. We also liked that the neighborhood was so close to so many things, Ruby Snap, Costco, Temple Square, 9th & 9th, etc. were all just a few minutes away. We were glad to have a……

“The place was amazing and if anything had to much to do. My 2 year old grandson and my 30 year old kids we always busy playing. Had contacted the manager about a problem and he responded and fixed it in a very timely manner. ”

“We stayed for 4 nights at the property and the house had everything that you needed and the host was very kind and timely with check in/ out information. Responded quickly with messages as well. House was greatly separated if you have sleepers who like to get up early or like to sleep in. Home smelled nice and fresh and bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were very put together and clean upon arrival. ”

“Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasn’t a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced.……

“Fully enjoyed this and the value was awesome. Check in without human interaction was a 10/10. You feel all cool with a wall safe and great place with kitchen. Such good amenities. Will stay here again ”

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
