“The Bears Den is amazing! From the location, to the amenities, to the beautiful, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary while there, and my son proposed to his girlfriend on top of the mountain! Doug and Cindy are super nice, and even left an anniversary gift for us. I will definitely return to the Bears Den!”

“This beautiful property was clean, comfortable, and well accommodated. The kitchen was very well equipped. Check in/out was easy. A couple of suggestions:Beach towels for summer time guests Hangers in the closets ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and cozy! We enjoyed having fires in the back yard and grilling dinners. We really enjoyed swimming in the lake! This was just the getaway that we needed! ”

“Every year or so we plan a multigenerational family vacation. This property fit all our needs and Tony was always available with questions, etc. We brought our 16 foot boat and the kids enjoyed tubing! The swim deck and boat dock were super convenient. The pond was bigger than we anticipated and enjoyed kayaking and all water activities.The property is not too far from North Conway NH and Naples ME, so there were always things to do. We enjoyed hiking near by ay Bald Pate Reserve as well as……

“It was a cozy and had a lot to offer for amenities. The beach had a great view of pleasant mountain. We went to the pool almost everyday. It was very nice. The rental was 10 minutes from town so easy to get supplies. I would definitely rent again. It really had a lot of beds too much more than we needed. However, a family of 5 or more would be very happy with the number of beds etc. it was very family oriented with games etc.”
