“We absolutely loved this unique little Inn! The instructions for getting inside and finding the room made us feel like we are on a fun quest. It was a bit challenging to bring heavy suitcases up the stairs so be prepared. I wish breakfast had a few simple options and not just pancakes. ”

“This property is secluded but right in town. Plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. The park and beach across the road are perfect for small children. The hosts were great, they gave us several good tips about the area. We loved it. ”

“Wonderful house for an extended family gathering. Gourmet kitchen allowed us the make delectable meals together. Outdoor patio is lovely. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Would definitely return.”

“The rental was very quaint and peaceful. It was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for a peacefully getaway, nice fluffy towels, appliances, coffee, hot cocoa, A/C, etc. The grounds were beautiful groomed, loved the garden which attracted many butterflies. Great place to nap and the nearby restaurants and shopping were wonderful! We met our host "Julia" who was very kind and assured us if there was anything we needed to contact her.”

“The Bears Den is amazing! From the location, to the amenities, to the beautiful, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary while there, and my son proposed to his girlfriend on top of the mountain! Doug and Cindy are super nice, and even left an anniversary gift for us. I will definitely return to the Bears Den!”
