They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later. ”

“This place is 5/5 stars but on the last night at the resort, I encounter the only staff person I have come across that was not professional and friendly. The beach is lovely, the food is delicious. The bar drinks are probably the best I had while I was there. The workers like Sherman and Kendro were phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful for getting around the island and getting a cab for you. I had my own private driver and……

“The hotel was very nice great condition!! Definitely would have been better with a free meal!!maybe breakfast since it’s not all inclusive but i definitely enjoyed my stay and was comfortable!! And it also cane be safer it’s to easy for outsiders to access the property! But it’s still a great place!”

“The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. ”
