“This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and I guarantee it won’t be our last. First off I want to say what a great host Katherine was for our trip. She communicated very well throughout the booking. She was prompt in answering questions etc. She arranged a very comfortable and affordable pickup from the airport and had just cleaned the rental car (I highly recommend using that option) we got there a little early but she accommodated the arrival by letting us have the car a little early……

The private beach and private pool made our vacation!The cottage is so cute and comfortable!There were so many extra helpful items- from paddle boards, to beach toys, floaters and a fully stocked kitchen to use.The screened in porch was amazing to sit out and eat meals!Overall was amazing for our family and we are so glad we found this place! It is a treehouse like atmosphere, but equipped had all the amenities we needed for the week and it was only a short drive away from a number of restaurants and activities. We loved Taylor Beach, which was only a short distance from the property and walkable. We can’t wait to visit Poinciana again! ”
