“We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.”

“Perfectly located near all stores, restaurants, bars and other services. We were walking to restaurants. Large appartement with a nice pool! The host is always available to help and inform us. Free parking in front of the property. We will be back!”

“Cozy, tidy villas away from the chaos yet close enough to the sights and attractions. Nice view overlooking Turtle Bay, and close to some very nice secluded beaches. Friendly owners are on site to answer any questions or assist in any way they can.”

“The property itself was very nice. The accommodations meaning the rooms sitting areas were fantastic. The beach was very accessible very close and very clean. What we didn’t like was we didn’t the transportation options. Every cab ride was at least 25 bucks even for less than a mile. The supermarkets were very expensive but other than that it was fantastic.”

“We had a wonderful experience in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite which gave us plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage girls. They are all oceanfront and all 3 bedrooms/3 baths, they just lock out the rooms depending on how many bedrooms and baths you need--the upside is every suite gets the same living space and incredibly spacious deck! “Enjoyed my stay there, The negative was the pool was never cleaned and thank god I had a rental. Getting to the beaches was always a 25 or more minutes drive. But great stay and would return or maybe would like to experience their other properties.”

“Overall a lovely place. Grounds could use pruning, weeding and raking….just a little sprucing up. ”

“We had such an amazing stay at this property with our family. It was the first time our 3 kids have been to e island, but my husband and I’s sixth. If you are wanting a peaceful and calm stay, this is a great place.”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“We have been going to Grace Bay for 15 years. This is, by far, the best trip we have ever had. We have stayed in many of the top resorts on Grace Bay as well as Chalk Sound. Poolhouse by the Beach surpassed them all. The house has a prime location - literally a short walk to the beach. We were able to spend our time on the beach then go back to get ready for dinner and walk back to plenty of close restaurants. We used the grill on many occasions and have dinner poolside at the house. The……

“Incredible location! If you like snorkeling this is a perfect place to stay. Just footsteps from the beach and some beautiful, calm waters it is a location not to be missed. The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is wonderful. Be sure to ask for Garey, the concierge (butler) to make reservations or other arrangements on the island. He made sure our reservations and transportation were perfect. The hotel restaurants were very nice with solid food options and great service.……
