“We spent a holiday weekend in Boston and were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Host did a great job of communicating and everything we needed was available. ”

“Overall clean and comfortable. You will hear noise from the upstairs apartment and there is not enough space for everyone to relax in the living room. ”

“Stayed a long weekend in May for a college graduation. The place was very clean and nice inside. I had some issues getting in and parking but the host was on top of both immediately. It is on a rather busy and loud street but we did ok with it. Great taqueria just up the street I’d recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our time in Boston, and close to everything we needed. The space itself was comfortable and served our trip well.However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. A full load of wet towels was left in the washer, and the dryer’s lint trap hadn’t been cleaned, which is a safety concern. I dried and folded one load, and left dried towels in dryer. The garbage disposal and dishwasher were also not working, which made kitchen use more difficult.With a little more……

“We had a wonderful time staying at this house! There were 6 of us in town for a wedding. There was more than enough space. The house was very clean and basic amenities were there- toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks Alyssa!”

“We had a wonderful stay in Boston’s south end. The property is within walking distance to Northeastern and is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The place has a big kitchen which was perfect to gather and visit. We would stay here again. ”

“The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.”

“This is a well located gem. Property was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood has a little bit of everything and all within walking distance. Street parking was super easy too.”

“Joe is fantastic to communicate with and he was readily available if needed. Lots of space for our group of four adults to comfortably relax and two of us were able to work all day from the dedicated work spaces in two of the bedrooms. Very convenient to stay parked and take Uber rides into Boston for sight seeing and restaurant reservations. And no check out cleaning rules! I highly recommend!”
