“We have stayed at this property for 3 nights and wished we had more time. The location was fantastic …right on the river, walkable to Las Olas Blvd. What we loved most about the apartment were the large windows and incredible views of the river and boats passing by. The apartment was very spacious and our teenagers appreciated their own beds in their own room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool at the property was great as well and we also took advantage of the laundry……

“The property is well maintained. The area is intercostal living area so nice quiet neighborhood. The communication with the property management team is awesome. They respond quickly and very helpful. Staying there is quiet for the most part you can control your neighbors but management will handle any issues quickly as they do have a noise policy already in place. “Loved the location of this cozy space! A block and a half to beach, 3 blocks to town. Appreciated all the extra touches- beach umbrella, chairs, toys and a wagon! Extra TP, spices, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc etc! The list goes on. The shower has great water pressure, the beds are comfy, the towels are plentiful.. needless to say, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you!”

“This property exceeded our expectations! Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips. The pool is right outside your door and the ocean is just a few minute walk away. The unit was clean, modern and had everything that we needed for our week long stay to visit family in the area.
