“When I arrived… the reception staff let me that a computer glitch was preventing guests from checking in. It was just past 3PM, and the line of arrivals was getting longer. The receptionist had no clue how long the computer issues would last. I decided to go to a fast food late lunch… when I returned to the hotel the problem had not been resolved. I was told to gather my luggage and meet a member of the staff at my room… and they would let me in… without a key… I was unable to leave the room………

“Conveniently located, extremely clean, and a great view of the Mohawk River. There is plenty to do and many choices available at the hotel, and it was very quiet, so no issues falling and staying asleep. ”
