“The home was sooo inviting and comfortable! With my 6 kids, my bff and myself, the home had plenty of room for everyone. The floor plan is well laid out. It had something for everyone and the pool was awesome all hours of the day and night! John was very very helpful and accommodating! I’d recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. It’s close to everything you need and in a very safe neighborhood! We were only planning to stay for a weekend and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it……

“Rebecca’s loft is spotless, stylish, newly renovated, well-appointed, and a short walk from Point Defiance park. It was perfect for my husband and I, and felt like an oasis from the city. Great little kitchen, washer and dryer, and NW Fitness is a 12 minute walk away and sells memberships for any length of time. Great find.”

“Pictures don’t do this view justice. The apartment is literally across the street from the quiet meadow and pond in Pt Defiance Park. Great place for walking and my tiny dog was mesmerized! The rooftop space is such a great place to hang out and have a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is great.Very convenient to North Tacoma destinations and Vashon Island. We can’t wait to come back.”

“We had the worst experience ever with this rental. The property didn’t look at all like the pictures posted on VRBO, to begin with. All kitchen appliances were dirty, pans were in a box on the floor. We could not control the temperature of the room. Thermostat was controlled by people living upstairs. The unit was extremely hot. We did not stay even one night. Called the owner, and asked for a refund, she said she would only return our money if she could rent the unit to someone else in the……
