“We had a great time at this property. The house was so cute and had everything we needed. We stayed in August so the rooms had window AC units. The fire pit was our hangout spot in the evening. The loft area was a fun place for the kids to play. We even brought our dog! The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive when we texted them. The sheets and blankets were so soft and cozy. I have nothing bad to say about this stay! ”

“Very cozy log cabin in a beautiful area of NY. We had a great time relaxing and visiting The Baseball Hall of fame in Cooperstown. Peter was great at communicating with us. My only suggestion would be to grocery shop before you get there. There are some well equipped gas stations that carry food about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store is 25-30 minutes. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay here again! ”

“We had a great stay with our family of 5 plus grandparents. Plenty of room and especially nice to have a crib. The fire pit and back yard were wonderful in the evenings. Great location to see and do plenty of outdoor sights and activities in the area. Host was responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again. ”

“We stayed in this lovely home for a Thanksgiving trip with 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to have such a full kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving feast. “It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. The shower and outhouse were close enough that it wasn’t far during the night to go. The tent had cots (we used our blow up mattresses) they seemed comfy when we laid on them. The tent was a good……

“PHENOMENAL!!!! This was our first trip together!! Me and my fiancé stayed here from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. The hosts are very reliable and always available in a timely manner for any questions or concerns we had. very thoughtful setup from the kitchen utensils/dishware, laundry detergent and surprisingly bug sprays and PLENTY of snacks.
