“We stayed in this lovely home for a Thanksgiving trip with 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to have such a full kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving feast. The house is stunning, nicer than the photos, and in a beautiful setting. The hosts replied immediately to our queries. Thank you for a wonderful trip.”

“My family & i had an amazing stay here ! We stayed a Monday to Friday. Any questions we had were answered very quickly too. We really enjoyed our stay. My husband had a work trip in Oneonta actually so being able to rent this beautiful cabin instead of a hotel was perfect esp bc the dog could join & my mom lol If in the area again we would rent again! Also, we went out to eat once and went to Brookes House of BBQ. It was really good :) ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this spacious cabin in Windham, NY. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds here were very comfortable and the air conditioners in the bedrooms made sleeping at night more comfortable. The game room was a hit with the kids and came in handy for one rainy day. Such a pretty, cozy, comfy house!”

“Our whole family stayed at this property while in town for a family reunion. We had a toddler and an infant with us and it worked great- the host provided two high chairs and the main living area was super kid friendly. Lots of little details (e.g., plenty of surge protectors/outlets for charging, cruelty-free soaps and shampoos) made this an easy and comfortable stay.And the views!! Just stunning. It was very hot (the house was cool) so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we would have……

“The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our snowy weekend in the Catskills. The amenities were just as described, if not better! The jacuzzi was perfect for the cold, snowy day. Bill and Umi went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, with special touches like flowers and treats for the stay. They also got us checked in early despite a foot of snow, downed trees, and no electricity (thank goodness for the generator!). We already are planning to book another stay this winter! “First, “ host” never sent any messsges; never responded to any of my emails. The place was already occupied, despite my having a confirmation! The property outside was overgrown, empty bottles/trash spread everywhere. Outdoor cats roaming on property. Current occupants allowed me to come in. The inside was very dirty, mess all over floor. The occupant kindly called “ host” who first thought I had wrong address.The occupant confirmed, with my printout of everything, that my info was correct and……

“Very unique experience in a wonderful locations but a few asterisks.There is no plumbing en suite, which we were aware of, but the bathhouse (clean) is a good 100 yards away. Not ideal for middle-of-the-night wakeups or if your ability to get around is compromised. It got very cold overnight and unfortunately the fireplace would not switch on. The batteries in the remote were probably the culprit, but this didn't help make us any warmer. The staff was very nice and helpful. ”
