“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Manager was super helpful during a quick turnaround stay so we could get to the airport. Shuttle service to the aiport is awesome -- you're at your airline drop off in 15 mins, signing up for the shuttle takes less than 30 seconds at the front desk, and the driver is a super sweet gentleman. Online check in ahead of time made checking in at the front desk a breeze. Room was clean and ready to go, housekeeping left a cute note too. There's not an uptight, bougie feel to the hotel, but the staff……

“The room was luxurious relevant to the price paid for the room. Beautiful ample, fluffy pillows, quality linens, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and roomy, and I loved the amenity of a soaker tub. There was a Keurig machine in room to make coffee in the morning. The bartender at the bar was fantastic and they had a perfect light menu available for after a long day of travel.”
