“This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!”

“My girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing. The location was perfect the unit was so clean and looked even better than the pictures. The staff was so quick to reposed to questions and very friendly. Overall 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend. ”

My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. “This property was very clean and spacious with many closets for storage. The beds were comfortable and there are separate heat pump units in each of the bedrooms and the main living area. There are many restaurants close by.It's on the third floor so there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.”

Jarrett the host was easy to reach on the few occasions that we wished to get more information about the town or the apartment.”

The host was awesome he communicated with me very well no matter what time I reach out he was there to help, for example my husband is in a wheelchair and we rented a lift and they were running late to pick it up and the host was very helpful so I can make it to the airport.
