“My family and I stayed at the property for a wedding in Milford. The house had plenty of space for our group to say, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The three bathrooms were helpful for our group to efficiently get ready for the wedding, and the kitchen was adequately appointed for us to have meals.”

“We were visiting friends so wanted to rent a place for our family (2 adults, 2 children). This property is ideally located just outside of New Haven, walking distance to the beach, easy parking, spacious and beautiful on the inside. The only hiccup was the owner forgot to include the door code and we did not realized this would prevent entry to the place until late at night when we were ready to check in on the first day. My only suggestion for future renters is to make sure the code is included……

“Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. On Christmas day we cooked a 15lb stuffed turkey with 4 side dishes, gravy, and an apple crumble. We could've done a pie but nobody wanted to……

“This was a comfortable Property that was in a location that allowed us to tour many other towns and local attractions. while giving us a nice place to relace after a day of sight seeing. Easy access to major highways and local shops. ”

“We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.”

“A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible. ”
