“We had a lovely family gathering with 14 adults and a toddler - the house was perfect for a large family meal and had room for everyone. Lots of games, a pool table, and electric fireplace were great additions. Rick was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Convenient on site parking. As stated in listing, the bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor, with grand/tall staircases. Overall it was a great place for our family to celebrate together!”

We loved all of the details in the woodwork, hidden little corners, tons of space to spread out and wonderful places to gather together. “My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting colleges in the area. The room was cute (modern, beach-vibe) and clean. As others mentioned when the bar let out around midnight it was a little loud (many college students rent in the area). I also didn’t care for the mini-split going on and off throughout the night - I’m just not used to that noise. Overall it was a fine stay but perhaps not if you are a light-sleeper. ”
