“A day before we were to check in I got a call that the place we had reserved was no longer available due to water damage and they were putting us in a different property on haslam terrace.That property was very very nice on the surface. Looked like it should be in an episode of MTV Cribs or something. But underneath the surface there were just so many issues:1. One shower only put out scalding hot water, no cold.2. Another shower was clogged and caused water to leak into the kitchen below3. Yet……

“Check-in process was easy; Felix responded quickly to any communications with him and was very accommodating and friendly; parking spot was easy to access; location was easily accessible to many area restaurants and shopping areas. The property had many nice outside sitting areas and balconies to relax on. Lots of space inside also. ”
