“This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock.……

“Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. “I will start with the positive information. The location was good--walking distance to Melrose Street and Santa Monica Avenue. There was a place for parking, although it was a tight squeeze and I would suggest having a smaller car. The kitchen was fine, with relatively new appliances. The shower was great--nice and strong.
