“The property is impressive, felt private, and was on a quiet street. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and down to Melrose within minutes. Parking for 2 cars behind a secure gate, any more requires a permit to park on street. Lots of communication with the owner! He was very kind. The star of the show was the backyard with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a relaxing backyard with lots of trees.We sat out every morning. ”
