“Nice stay, beautiful scenery, saw a bear outside our cabin, not sure why Cathy never returned my message about being able to stay after 10 on premises after checking out of cabin. Would def stay here again. Family friendly, lots of stuff to see and do. ”

“This is a fantastic property! The owners were the best I’ve ever dealt with when renting a vacation property. From questions before the trip, to check in and suggestions during the trip, they were extremely prompt and helpful. The cabin is simply fabulous and speaks for itself. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked if you want to cook. The pool, hot tubs, game room and pool table kept everyone busy during down time. The decks are very roomy and the view of the Smokey’s was beautiful.……

“Beautiful property with everything you need! Quaint, cute and private! Stayed for 3 days with my husband, it was peaceful!! Will certainly try to stay next time, it was a beautiful ride into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive to and through Cades Cove was amazing! We even found a beautiful dirt road that brings you right back to the cabin from Cafes Cove! Dont forget to check iut Tuckaleechee Caverns, only a mile from the cabin, worth the trip!! The Abbey is bay far the best food near the……

“We loved staying at Splash Haven! The cabin is spacious, well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids had endless fun in the pool. The cabin is located just a short distance from all the attractions and stores. Everyone appreciated having their own space to nap or relax at the end of the day. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay again.”

“Very secluded and very beautiful inside and out! We loved the deck and the hot tub! The decor inside and especially on the porch was awesome and cosy. The beds were comfy but the pillows were not. We had a visit from a bear two hours after we arrived which was a great experience as always! That was the only bear we seen in our 4 night stay. We would definitely stay at the cabin again!! ”

“Cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, and comes with anything you can think of(plus some you wouldn't), Mrs. Joy provides it all!!! If there's anything you need just ask!!! She's extremely responsive and provides easy guidelines.The kids had plenty to do from the perfect temp in the hot tub to fun tabletop games, puzzles, to family board games and the views are breathtaking from any deck! Getting to the top is as expected as it's on a mountain so be prepared for windy roads and tight curves. ……
