“This place is in the perfect location. We were not familiar with Tennessee prior to this trip. The building could be spotted from far away for us to easily get back to it when we were out. “Clean, well appointed for a one night stay. Walking distance to many nice spots for eating, shopping, entertainment. Knoxville recently changed their parking accessibility and charges, so that was a frustrating experience, but no fault of the host.”

“It's close to the smoky mountains and on the river. The place was clean. Feels more like a motel than a separate house, it's fine, but you'll have to share the outside space with other people.”

“Charming, super clean, well appointed, a modern updated bathroom, and QUIET refrigerator. Comfortable overall. Some traffic noise, but the sound of the running creek in back made up for it! Nice sitting porch with chairs. Owner Wendy was very hospitable.”
