“We all came from around the country for a family member’s wedding. We had a great time and the house worked out wonderfully! There was plenty of room for every one. We had fun in the garage where the ping pong table is. The house is close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville. We were able to go to the farmers market on Saturday morning. It’s a pretty big one with lots of vendors, ”

“Great location, nice surrounding properties, convenient to grocery store, grounds and house were absolutely gorgeous. The barn was a perfect spot to hang out with our recent college graduate with an animal science degree. We are already planning a trip back.”

“Perfect quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of west Knoxville. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch for visiting and morning coffee. Fifteen minute drive into the city, depending on traffic.The owner and host are very attentive and available. Will definitely stay here again!As noted in previous reviews, the layout of the bedrooms is different. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is only accessible by walking thru another bedroom. Something to take in to consideration depending on your group. ”

“My wife and I were in town for a music festival in Greenback and wanted a relaxing “home base” for the event. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. Plenty to do on the property with private pool and spa, game room with pool table and darts, etc. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. ”

“Excellent stay! House was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable in a great location. Close to dining, shopping and various activities. Our kids loved the basement/game room and we loved the quiet backyard/screened in porch. Will be back! ”

“Our stay was a girlfriends’ long weekend getaway. There are some good features at this property & there are also a few things that could be improved upon to make it an even better stay. The living room was comfortable, especially the big sectional sofa, which made it a great spot for everyone to gather. The kitchen had sufficient pots & pans & cooking utensils we needed for cooking meals. The Kerig needed a good cleaning. Fortunately we brought a coffee maker as a back-up. More plates and mugs……
