“I love that there is beach access with free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Free drinks from 5-6 pm and happy hour from 6-8 pm. The pool was great and there's another side where you can take fabulous photos in the water. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when a request was made. “This is a great, old school Miami hotel. I want to preface this by saying I had a wonderful stay, and if I am back in South Beach, these are the first people I am looking up. Since this hotel was probably 90 years old, some of the facilities are a little worn. The floor sags, there's a little bit of wear to the carpets, and they had a plastic tarp over a hole in the ceiling due to leakage. “We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was nice, and we especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was and how conveniently located it is to everything. We also enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool areas. However, there were a few issues during our stay that we wanted to bring to your attention: • The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived.
