“Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

“Kathleen was an organized and very communicative host. She made staying with a toddler and other family easy with all of the children’s toys and books. It was the perfect size property for my family and we frequented the basically brand new park that’s right behind the property. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back next year! ”

“The property was the perfect size and was a great location. The checkin process was smooth, the property was clean and the owners were very responsive. This property is highly recommended; we’d stay here again!!”

“Stayed at this property for 3 weeks as working nearby. The apartment is exactly as described. There is some noise from the tenants above (as stated in the descripton) but this was really only footsteps & it was generally very quiet after about 6pm.Well appointed with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable & having a Smart TV was really appreciated.The location is stunning, with mountains & lakes all within a short drive. “The apartment itself was clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has two doors. One to the living room and one to the bedroom. This made it much nicer since we had someone sleeping in the living room. It is handicap accessible. The elevator brings you right to the third floor and there isn't a threshold. There are no grab bars in the bathroom, but it was big enough for a wheelchair. Mostly great. What wasn't great was that the pool was not……
