“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. “This home had a great location and was stocked with everything you need. However the home its self had a broken window, the deck was in poor shape, no fince for the yard and there is a very scary drop off, the outside grill was so gross, the outside seating was missing all its cushions, so they were not usable, grime in the bath tubs, under beds and furniture were very dirty. “I had my first VRBO canceled by the host 48 hours before my 5 day trip to Utah. I was stressed out. This property was available and honestly I am super glad my first choice was canceled. "The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room.
