“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.”

“While this house is very close to a main road, it was close to everything we needed. The venue our event was held at , restaurants and shopping. Each room has its own climate control which was a huge help. We only stayed for 2 nights, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The view out the front windows was spectacular!! The mountains around there are breathtaking. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back next year. ”

“So many beds! What a great house. :) There was room for all 16 of us and no one slept on a couch or "other" mattress. Our large extended family rented this house while we attended a wedding and the space was great! Many beds and rooms for all the couples and extra teens that were with us. The game room was also a hit. The one downfall was the location on the busy street. The Host allowed for us to use of the garage and that saved us as the neighbor had such a full driveway of cars that……

“Overall this place was great. Dillon was helpful, the place was clean, and the location was a plus. The only thing I would add is that I don’t recommend using the living room as a sleeping space. There was a dog (or dogs) upstairs that woke me up a couple times during the night. Those who slept in the bedrooms were not bothered by it, so you should be fine if the bedrooms accommodate your whole group. ”
