“Went for the Country Calling concert, walked both ways, about 1 1/2 miles to concert. Close to anything you need. Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend this as a place to stay in West OC. ”

“I do see alot of room for improvement. Starting off when we arrived to the house. We realized the property was not actually in OceanCity, but right outside of the bridge. Which there was no mention of that about the property of else I would not have booked this house. I do not lile to be rude at all. However upon arrival we were given the incorrect code to the house. We arrived around 9 pm; meaning the Vacasa representatives were not even there to answer our phone calls, we waited about an hour……

“We stayed at this property for the Oceans Calling Festival and the location was perfect. The check in process was very simple and the property management communicated very well. I only gave 4 stars because the property needs a good deep cleaning. Additionally, the walls are all scuffed, the toilet seats need to be replaced and the washing machine has mold growing in it. I also feel that this was a very expensive property and we had to pay extra for all of our linens. I’ve never had to do that……

“The property was very cute. Worked perfect for our weekend trip to Ocean City. Had bikes to use for getting around and the renter provided sheets and towels even though the listing said to bring your own. She was very accommodating! ”
