“Overall the place was pretty nice. The views were great, balcony was huge, shower and tub were big and gave a spa like experience. For the price, and for being part of Palms Place I honestly expected it to be a bit more polished and cleaner. Its dusty in Vegas, so as a local I know its hard to keep it dust free, but the walls and baseboards looked like they hadnt been touched in quite a while in a few places. There are lots of places on the walls where the wallpaper is peeling or has tape, or……

“Long lines at checkin and could not find our reservation because VRBO had outsourced the reservation to another company. While the room was nice, it was not like the pictures. It was described as a large suite but it was a regular room with two queen beds. There was no soap in the bathroom and no extra blankets. When we requested they said they would send to our room in 20 minutes, however at 12:30 AM, they hammered on the door, woke everyone up and handed us a small bar of soap. Even though……
