“Great view ! Loved the modern set up ”

“Long lines at checkin and could not find our reservation because VRBO had outsourced the reservation to another company. While the room was nice, it was not like the pictures. It was described as a large suite but it was a regular room with two queen beds. There was no soap in the bathroom and no extra blankets. When we requested they said they would send to our room in 20 minutes, however at 12:30 AM, they hammered on the door, woke everyone up and handed us a small bar of soap. Even though……

“We were going to Dead & Company at the sphere & lucked out finding this house to stay for the weekend. The heated pool was the highlight of the property for us. The house was clean & had plenty of space for us. The yard backs to a busy street but it wasn’t an issue. ”

“House was a little dated but very nice. I appreciate all the ammenities in the kitchen, including food.”

“We booked with three months in advance. Isaac immediately gave me a call and went over everything and did the same ahead of and during check in. We arrived 4 hours before check in and the cleaner was advised to let us in to leave our bags, and we were allowed (although we weren't ready) that we could check in two hours earlier. The ONLY area for opportunity, and I say this as a CSM, is to communicate via messaging, even if for simple peace of mind correspondence ahead of check in. With that,……
