“This place is spectacular! The views of the lake are better than the photos and change throughout the day with changing conditions. We saw a bald eagle fly by twice!! The house is small but very cozy with a comfy living room and lovely gas fireplace. It has a great sunroom overlooking the lake, nice little yard with picnic table and a dock. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely like to come back. Just a note.. bring drinking water as the tap water is not okay to drink but was……

“Very quiet and away from it all. If you want some peace and quiet, this is the place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It was summer and the upstairs was a bit warm but the A/C works well. We would stay again.”

The amenities were plentiful and we had everything we needed! One disadvantage is the distance from Lake George and the water. “We stayed here for a 3 day ski trip. The house itself was nice bit the place was not clean. There were dead bugs in all the bedrooms. The kitchen did not have a usable coffee maker. The pans were mostly not usable and the silverware was placed in the draws dirty. The closets had open electrical wiring. When we walked in, the house was a cold 55 degrees and none of the heaters in the kids bedrooms or kitchen were on. We had to light the heaters ourselves and turn on all the gas lines. There were……
