"The accommodation is a bit small which you can't really open your luggage. Moreover, the air-conditioning is kind of broke which the room temperature is kept 28 degree. The surrounding environment is good which have lots of restaurants. Overall, the room is fair."

"The hotel locates at only 5-minutes walking distance from Balsan station. It is modern hotel but the lighting was just too dark. There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, so the light would turn itself off when I was in the middle of a shower. The A/C inside the room was pretty loud, and the blinds for the room had a gap so light could come through in the morning. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, no lack of eateries nearby. So I would suggest to take breakfast nearby instead. The quality of the continental breakfast was very disappointing, the food (eggs, bacon and sausage was not hot, and the eggs were mixed with water). Definitely can get much better food with the same amount they charge."

"The room is very clean that better than I expected. It is good that there is drinking water supply in the ground floor. The room is not very small, I think the size is okay to open two suitcases at the same time. There are only two shelves, but no table / chair to place the stuff. There is no 24 hour receptionist, and the room lock is almost broken but still works. It made me feel a bit unsafe. The staff and guests are almost foreigners and nice too. The hotel is a bit far from the main area, need to walk a bit to the subway exit and you still need to walk a bit to the platform after entering the exit. 4 subway stations to Hongdae and 4 stations to The Hyundai Seoul. "
