“Very comfortable. Pleasant use of space (below main floor of house)- with all necessities, plus nice added touches. (coffee, ketchup, games, cozy blankets. ..). Very near Hatley Castle Park and easy 30 min drive to Victoria. ”

“The suite was perfect for us. Everything seemed new and very modern. We were visiting family at Royal Bay and location was perfect. Also very close to many restaurants and shopping. But good to know is that there is no ‘live’ TV. YouTube, Netflix and Prime all worked great on a large TV. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact.”

“Great and clean house, with a large kitchen stocked with everything you need. The waterfront view was great and we spent time at the dock watching for otters and crabbing. The location is close to restaurants and attractions. The property is near the highway so it can get a bit noisy at night. The shared laundry room is connected to the main house, so you would see other guests passing by when you are on the patio. Overall a great and comfortable stay! ”
