“The house feels very well-loved. It has a real sense of personality, warmth, and whimsy. I appreciated my dealings with the host and how accommodating she was. It's cozy, as mentioned in the listing, but there's a very smart use of space (the kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals.) If you do have mobility issues, though, the bathroom is really tiny and the steps to the basement are quite narrow. But overall, I'd definitely recommend.”

“What a great place to stay in Victoria. About a 25 min drive to downtown, this place was like a sanctuary with beautiful views and a well appointed kitchen. We found the entire place to be sparking clean and even nicer than the pictures indicated. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend and it was the best time. We wanted to go to Sooke to do nothing and that’s what we did! There was a dock with easy access to the water, the place was well stocked with towels and appliances. There was no oven, but there was a BBQ and toaster oven so it was easy to get around. We truly enjoyed our stay and eventually would like to come back for a longer period of time! ”
