“We loved staying at Geneva and Peter’s Cottage! We stayed at the cottage for a conference in Washington, DC, and it was a perfect place to stay! The cabin was impeccably clean, and very well stocked with anything that you may need! We had plenty of clean towels and sheets for our stay. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, and the appliances are updated. The cabin is close to parking by the street, and safe with a lock on the door. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and very safe.……

“Check in process was seamless and easy. The owner communicated all the info ahead of time, AND was available and responsive to all our silly questions we had regarding using the thermostat and such. Very easy and friendly communication. The house and property all around is very clean, literally no dust or any grime whatsoever. At the same time, there was no cleaning product smell, which was a huge relief for us. Lots of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins etc. Thank you that I did not have to……

“My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. “The home is not what the pictures show. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. If you have the shower on upstairs and then turn the shower on upstairs then it turns the shower off up stairs because there is not enough water pressure. When we checked into the house we had to call and ask how to unlock the storm door and we were instructed we had to stick our hands through the broken glass to unlock the storm door to access the key box to unlock it and get the key.
