“Great place to stay in Cleveland! Loved the deck and the location. Could walk to most anything in downtown Cleveland.”

“Location was very convenient to The Flats, downtown and other attractions. Loved the fact that this building used to be a wallpaper company back in the day. The Warehouse District is being revitalized! Even though the trains run nearby, it is not noisy. Communication with owner was spot on for check-in/out procedures. Lots of food and entertainment options. Thank you!”

“Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. ”

“Host never communicated with us at all. After 4 days of trying to get check in information VRBO refunded our money so wr could book something else. This host is worse than awful. ”

“My host was amazing. They were very prompt in answering all of my questions and made sure I was accommodated at all times. The apartment was squeaky clean and quiet. It has all of the amenities you will need. Location is perfect.”

“I brought my sister to Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and we stayed for 3 days. The apartment was perfect! I looked everywhere for a bathtub and found one here. The location was within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants downtown. We ended up walking everywhere. It was wonderful to see what a beautiful city Cleveland is. We plan to return and stay here again. 10 stars!!!”

Host was quick and responsive to anything that we needed. It also was a rather quiet stay too without too much noise from the streets or other people in the building. “This place was gorgeous! The photos honestly don’t do it justice…it was even better in person. Super clean, bright, and spacious, with such a comfortable vibe.The location was perfect…close to so many great restaurants, bars, and an easy walk to central downtown. We didn’t need the car at all!Check-in was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response. “The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and……

“I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages.……

“Host was very responsive and accommodating. Condo is in a great location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, Progressive park, R&R HOF, etc. The building is amazing. I love how they have kept the original look in the halls, etc during the conversion to the condos. The condo itself is nice and well maintained.”
