We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The building is secure, and despite being close to Oxford Road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. We were staying at the apartments during the heatwave, and a powerful fan was provided, which was helpful as we were on the top floor and had skylight-style windows, which meant it was……

“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would……

Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!”

ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.”
