“Needed a place close to my brother's home. This was absolutely perfect. Beautiful lush greenery out the back. If i used the hottub it would have been very serene. The bed was super comfortable with the bathroom attached that had been incredibly appointed. Hot eater was instantaneous with great wster pressure for a relaxing end to the day. Owners on-site could not have been nicer and accommodating early arrival. ”

Quiet neighborhood, close to the metro for ease getting to Washington DC, few minutes from Alexandris's old town and King Street. Half an hour from Mt.Vernon same to Arlington Cemetery. “1.) The location of the neighborhood inconveniently loacted to stores, gas stations, & main roads for highway access.2.) The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is……

“Excellent place to stay. Exactly as advertised n very clean. Alphonse messaged during the stay to ensure we had all that we needed and went above n beyond as a host leaving us a bottle of champagne n a card for our anniversary. Would stay again if ever in the area. ”

“The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.”
