“We enjoyed our stay in Drumgarry a lot. The terrace and the living room windows provide a great sea view. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good shape. Good to also spend a rainy day in house - though I have heard that this rarely happens on Skye ;-) . ”

We were asked ahead of time how we wanted bed configuration, it was suggested we could all have king beds (beds could be pushed together & made up as kings) well none of the 3 beds were like that when we got there. Other than that it was close to shops, places to eat and Portree was lovely”

“We loved this place - right opposite the sea and with amazing view of Skye from nearly every window. Friendly village- especially the shop. Loads of parking. House had a nice woodburner, good bathrooms and everything you need in the kitchen. The house was warm and cosy even in a storm. Really lovely get away. Will hope to visit again when the ferry is on and the pub is open (from April onwards I think)”

It was very clean on arrival and was really well equipped with everything you could need for cooking meals. All appliances worked well and were very easy to operate. “We had a wonderful stay at MacLean Cottage. A spaciius house with lots of atmosphere. But also the location was great: a beautiful view over Loch Broom and a 20 minutes drive to Ullapooland there are natural surroumdings all over. We had a warm welcome on arrival which also attributed to our stay! We would book it again if returning to this area.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 6 adults and were very comfortable. It was nice that every room had its own bathroom and the home was very clean. The views from the living room were stunning! ”

“We enjoyed our dinner at The Anderson which was nearby, and the local Food Coop is a great place to stock up on supplies. The house is totally comfortable and the parking is no problem, you just have to back in the driveway. We could have stayed much longer, but it was great that the house was available for the days we needed.”

“Really nice and cosey cottage. Communication was perfect and really fast. Nice and save neighborhood and everything was reachable in a few minutes. We had a great time there.”

“We loved our stay in Little Garve. The home was beautiful, with enough room for my husband and I and our 5 kiddos. We loved having a washer/dryer on the property and there is also a clothesline if you like the smell of fresh air. The supermarket was a close 20 minute drive and we ate all of our meals at home with a well stocked kitchen. “The property was quaint and as expected from other reviews and the listing details. It felt rather damp but there were electric fan heaters in each room which quickly warmed the place up. The Wi-Fi kept going off and we were unable to make the tv work but that wasn’t an issue as we were only there for two nights.”

“After a few issues with the heating (which were resolved by host quickly), we really enjoyed our stay in this traditional cottage. Warm, comfortable, spacious, good views to Skye, host very responsive and helpful.”
